QuickB2B ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you install and use our Shopify application.

1. Information We Access

When you install and use QuickB2B, we access the following information from your Shopify store through official Shopify APIs:

• Product Data: Product titles, SKUs, prices, inventory quantities, variant information, tags, collections, and product images — accessed solely to display products on the bulk ordering page.
• Order Data: Limited order access to create draft orders on your behalf when customers submit bulk orders.
• Store Content: Pages and navigation menus — accessed to create and manage the Quick Order page on your store.
• Shop Information: Your store domain and currency settings.

We do NOT access or collect: Customer names, addresses, order history, payment information, credit card details, or any buyer personal data from your Shopify store.

2. Customer Email for Draft Orders

When a customer places a bulk order, they may enter their email address through a prompt to receive an invoice. This email is:

• Used only to send the draft order invoice via Shopify's API.
• Transmitted directly to Shopify and appears in the draft order record.
• Not stored, logged, or retained by QuickB2B.

3. How We Use Your Information

All accessed data is used exclusively for the App's core functionality:

• Products are read to populate the bulk ordering table on your storefront.
• Draft orders are created via Shopify's API when customers submit orders.
• Pages and navigation menus are modified only when you use the setup or page management features.
• App settings (quantity limits, column visibility, tag filters) are stored to customize your experience.

4. Data Storage

QuickB2B stores a cached copy of your product catalog (titles, SKUs, prices, inventory levels, and optionally product image URLs) on our server for fast page loading. This cache contains no customer personal data.

App settings and page records are stored in our database and associated with your store. All stored data is deleted when you uninstall the App.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your store data with any third parties. Your data is used solely within QuickB2B to provide the bulk ordering service. No data is transferred to external analytics, advertising, or marketing services.

6. Security

• All communication with Shopify is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• API access tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to browsers.
• We follow industry-standard security practices to protect against unauthorized access.
• Our server uses session-based authentication with Shopify's App Bridge.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only while QuickB2B is installed on your store. When you uninstall:

• All cached product data, app settings, and page records are permanently deleted.
• We respond to Shopify's mandatory shop/redact webhook to ensure complete data erasure within 48 hours.

8. GDPR Compliance

QuickB2B complies with GDPR and global privacy regulations. We support all Shopify mandatory compliance webhooks:

• shop/redact — All store data is permanently deleted.
• customers/redact — Any customer-related data is deleted (note: QuickB2B does not store customer personal data).
• customers/data_request — We respond with any stored customer data within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of QuickB2B after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
